我们遇到面熟的人就会有亲切感，与外表、人品无关，人们容易对经常见到的人或离自己近的人抱有好感。对这些面熟的人，即使没有说过话，也会有一种亲切感，就像对朋友伙伴的感情一样。看到他们的身影，我们会缓解慌乱的情绪。这就是“曝光效应”（mere exposure effect）。
